How Long Does It Take For Anoles To Get Used To Their New Home?

purchased to anoles yesterday. green at pet store, brownish in my aquarium. i assume (and hope) they are only brown because of a new environment and still getting used to it. i heard brown means they are stressed. so how long does it take for them to get used to their new home (and turn green)? in addition, i have a heat lamp 60 watt. they both sit under (when they choose to) however one does turn green (during basking) but the other remains brown. why is this?
